Supporting Documents Checklist

In order to apply for an HCI Foundation bursary you will need the following documentation:

• a certified copy of your Identification document
• a certified proof of parent(s) / guardian(s) latest salary, grant or income OR an affidavit confirming unemployment, elderly, disabled, sickly dependents
• a certified copy of your standard 10 / grade 12 results to date OR a certified copy of your current academic year results to date
• official letter of acceptance from University / University of Technology / FET college with regard to the course applied for in the upcoming year
• detailed quotation or statement from institution indicating course fees for the full academic year
